Samsung Propel Will Push Teens to AT&T
October 10, 2008 in AT&T, Handsets, Samsung
At first it was dubbed the “Samsung Sangria”, but seeing how under-drinking-age teens were likely the main target, it appears this slick sliding QWERTY will actually be called the Samsung Propel and headed to AT&T in a matter of a few weeks.

Why is it a great fit for teens?
- Affordable. It will likely be $80 after contract/rebates
- QWERTY. Perfect for text happy teens
- Looks Good. Admit it, you like it.
- Colorful. Available in Red, Green & Blue
It isn’t a spec powerhouse or anything, but it finds a nice middleground that will probably please a lot of people… including parents who don’t want to spend a million bucks on a cool phone for their kid in these trying economic times.
