Pretty much the only thing we ever hear about the Omnia is how great it looks, how buggy it is in the limited locations it is available and of course… how few places its available. But all that may change if a Verizon Wireless Rebate Form that popped up on Howard Forums is to be believed.

Not only does the Samsung Omnia get singled out, but it also comes with a rebate date of 11/15/2008. While we’re not sure how much weight that actual date holds, it looks promising that a release SOMEtime in 2008 is more than likely. Hopefully they’ve worked out all the annoying bugs that they dropped like the plague on Singapore and other lucky folks who realized they were unlucky after the fact.

If the kinks can get worked out, this could be one bad mamma jamma.

Oh yeah… the Rebate form also mentions the Samsung Saga which – I think – has not been previously mentioned. We shall see!
