Samsung Release T*OMNIA, Outdoes Motorola’s Naming Scheme
Thats right folks, screw vowels, Samsung has jumped right into symbols to name its devices. However, considering what they’ve done to the OMNIA, its forgivable. Samsung has upped its OMNIA game by introducing the Samsung T*OMNIA to Korea. Featuring a 3.3-inch screen and four times (!) the pixel count of the old one, it certainly seems to have the goods. The device also throws in DMB TV tuner while only being slightly larger than the original.

The rest stays the same, in terms of Windows 6.1, a quad-band GSM and your daily recommend dosage of HSDPA support. Don’t hold your breath though, we probably won’t see it here for a while. So until then, make do with the pictures. The question still remains though: why wasn’t this the OMNIA to begin with?
