Motorola Rival & Motorola Evoke Details Emerge

Verizon Wireless hasn’t yet announced the Motorola Rival A455 or the Motorola Evoke QA4 but we’ve got press shots, features and specs of both devices so it probably won’t be long before something official comes down the pike:
Motorola Rival
The full sliding QWERTY on the Rival doesn’t look overly spacious but it seems like a slick and affordable little device. Some of the specs include:
- Dual band CDMA with 1x EV-DO
- Stereo Bluetooth
- VZ Navigator
- 3.5mm headphone jack
- MP3 player
- Instant messaging
- USB 2.0
- 2MP Camera
- MicroSD slot
- 97 x 51 x 18 mm
- 125 grams
Nothing that’s going to blow you away but they make sure to include some essentials that will make this desirable – especially with the headphone jack, USB & MicroSD compatabilities.
Motorola Evoke
A vertical slider with only numbers being revealed, the Evoke seems like more touch and less type compared with the Rival. There is no guarantee that this will launch on Verizon but the CDMA EV-DO Rev A specs give us an indication that it likely could. Specs include:
- Touchscreen display (240×400 display)
- Virtual QWERTY keyboard
- Bluetooth with A2DP
- MP3 player
- Instant Messaging
- Voice recognition
- 2MP camera
- Video recording capabilities
- MicroSD / MicroSDHC support
- 108 x 50.5 x 17.5 mm
- 128 grams

I have the rival. i hate it. its a horrible phone.
if you text alot, dont get a cheap phone like this. You will be truely dissappointed. this phone freezes, turns black, stops working. I had this phone only for a few months, and I already had to get a new phone shipped in. Because the other was frozen and wouldn’t start up again.
