The HTC Maple seems to have found its team and official position in the lineup in the mobile world – as far as we can tell it will end up as the T-Mobile 3G Dash on T-Mobile USA! It will be the very first Windows Mobile phone to arrive on T-Mobile with 3G connectivity.The information comes courtesy of the FCC which also hints that the release date will be on or around May 18th:

The assumption is that they no longer need confidentiality because the device is available and there is no longer a secret to keep.
