Its a good sign for those waiting on the 3.1 SDK for the iPhone. Apple has just released a beta form to developers so they can work on building applications. Hopefully this signals that the SDK is close to surfacing.

According to adjustments in the change log, features like they long awaited MMS for AT&T and the ability to save edited videos as a different copy than the original (woot!) will be included.  Sounds good to us, now lets just get this out into public and get it jailbroken, right quick like, k Apple?
