Palm Pixi Gets Unboxed on Video
| by Elias Chiddicks on November 9th, 2009 |
Sprint’s soon-to-be-released Palm Pixi just got detailed on video during an unboxing, complete with a detailed review of the new UI changes and significant hardware differences.

From the looks of it, the Pixi could give off a vibe of better build quality (a sorely needed improvement) over the Pre given its more traditional candybar format. With a nice rubbarized backing and smooth front there definitely aren’t going to be any opportunities to mess up moving parts. The Pixi seems to feature a slightly downgraded feature list in just about every aspect, but still seems capable and as impressive as the Pre is to use.
From the reviewers comments, Pixi-owners can expect a slightly better keyboard too, with larger raised keys and better tactile feedback.
Can’t wait for what you see? Don’t worry, you won’t have long to wait. Expect the Palm Pixi to drop November 15th for $100 on contract.
