The Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas promises to be a few days of the most exciting and interesting gadget unveilings and demos of the year, as usual. One duo that is looking to make a splash is LG and Sprint who we can assume will announce a phone on January 7th, 2010 between 7:30pm and 10:30pm. It would make sense considering their holding some sort of awesome event launch party:

The folks at MobileCrunch seem to think that the “celebrate style” theme indicates it could be the LG Lotus 2 that is announced. Afterall the original LG Lotus was promoted based on “couture style” and the 2nd version has been rumored to launch in January. But until the event happens I guess none of us will REALLY know what to expect.
