These phones are both completely different types and styles. The Decoy is a little more fancy and has more features, while the Shine has a very attractive and shiny look.
The Decoy is more reliable and can be more useful. Many states have made laws that prohibit driving while talking on the cell phone without a hands-free device. The Decoy will take care of this. It has a bluetooth headset which is easy to detach and use. It is always synced.
The Shine doesn't have this. It doesn't even feature a Music Bluetooth. It can only use a standard bluetooth headset, not included.
The Shine is powered by AT&T while the Decoy is powered by Verizon Wireless. Verizon Wireless provides a much larger coverage area. They also have more satisfaction from customers than any other wireless carriers. View the details here:
