Default Transferring contacts from Outlook to Storm

Hey all! Gotta a question, but before anyone rips into me for not using the search or our good ol' pal Google, let me explain...

I just got my Storm. I installed the Download Manager, and was looking to sync my contact from Outlook to my new Storm. I can't freakin' figure out how I am supposed to tell the DM to go look in Outlook and pull the contacts to send to the device! I have searched numerous forums, Googled like I just found the most important site in the world, and no luck. Every post, every link just says to use the owner's manual to figure it out. Well the problem with my owners manual is that the only thing it says about syncing contacts is with the BES...I'm not running a BES, its just my personal contacts.

So after all that, I am thinking that I am either a complete idiot, or it is so simple that I am totally missing the boat. My sneaking suspicion is that it is kind of complicated and that is why no one will "esplain" it to me...
Is anyone here up to the challenge?

Everything I have seen has eluded to having to use the desktop software, but I haven't been able to find a link, tab, or instructions on how to import the contacts.

Even weirder than that is that between this forum and a couple of others, no one has offered anything.

Waynester - Well, even though you don't know much about it, I'm still giving details so that someone here will understand my dilemma.

I have already downloaded the DM (v.4.7), and even backed up my device. The problem I have is that all the instructions that I have seen tell me to set it up within the "Synchronization" portion of the DM. I can't find the area to click on in order to set up the synch between Outlook and the DM.

DM,
Connect your BB > input your password if asked.
Synchronize
Synchronization Configuration
Select Address Book from list
OK
Main Menu (click on icon)
Synchronize (click on)
Synchronize Organizer Data
Synchronize (click on icon)

I think that's it.

Remixed - I don't know what light you kicked on in my head, my computer, or in the world itself, but it worked perfectly. For some reason, I had not been able to pull the synch options screen up before. Tonight I follow your directions (all the time saying to myself "I've done this before...") and viola! It worked just fine. Thanks for the help!!!
