Default ok so verizon finally gets a cool phone---

I'd love to upgrade my pearl to this when it comes out--- but my main question is----

WILL IT HAVE WIFI?

If this thing ends up coming out with Wifi built in, its done. I MUST get one.

I'm guessing lack of WiFi is why you didn't consider the Voyager Verizon finally getting a cool phone? I agree though... if this has WiFi that's gonna be game over for a lot of people!

i agree because no one wants to spend extra money for internet whan they dont have to. and what will make the phone even more wanted is if they pair up with zune. dont u think?

Eh... if I were BlackBerry or Verizon I wouldn't want to pair up with Zune for the simple fact that the Zune is seen as #2 to Apple iPod. So they are kind of already giving themselves a disadvantage through comparison.

Also, I think Microsoft reps said they are not currently working on any Zune related phone. I'm not sure if you just meant Zune would be the music angle of the software or partly branded on the phone itself?

Also, the Verizon Voyager has a "refresh" coming up. Not sure if it is just updated software or new hardware but it should be interesting to see how that plays out.

Or you could just put your music on a MicroSD card and listen to whatever you want instead of being restricted to the limited features of most mobile music stores.

I have the lg dare right now, and I'm returning it within the next 3 days before my 30-day trial period is up. The phone SUCKS compared to the iPhone. I'm taking the dare back with hopes that the Thunder will have wifi, bluetooth, better software, a MUCH bigger selection of 3rd party apps, a 3.5" touchscreen, and a few other clutch things, like 3.2mp camera, the ability to return to the home screen then directly back to the webpage you were viewing, yatta yatta. If it doesn't carry all of these things I'm going to be really disappointed, and probably buy another dare. Or maybe buy the Thunder, and just be really bummed out all the time that the iPhone, with all of it problems, is still way better. Fingers crossed.

Edit: Also definitely hoping for removable storage capabilities upwards of 16gigs, and for someone to write a program like jailbreak for application stealing
