I'm having the same problem...actually I have no idea how to get those wallpapers on my phone or "log in". Shame, because they have some really nice ones.

If someone could answer me this question, since I still don't know how to do it:

How do you get these (or any internet based wallpaper) on my glyde?

Your GLYDE should have come with a CD-ROM. Install the necessary features to your home computer. Connect your phone to your computer via USB port.

Then, you should be able to browse through the folders on your phone as if it were a regular computer.

  • For Wallpaper, you want to move the files to the folder called my_pix
  • For Music, move them to my_music
  • For Videos, move them to my_flix
Be reminded that the file names can be only numbers/letters with no spaces or special characters. And, I think they can only be 25 characters long.

Give that a whirl and report back!

Default Mac software?

I have a PC I can use to connect to the Glyde, but are there any rumors about software for Macintosh OSX?

Alright Rob, I spoke too soon. I installed the disc that came with my GLYDE, and am able to manage my music, but I still don't see where I can store pictures on my phone. My GLYDE only came with the V CAST Music Manager...is that what I use? Thanks for the help

Connect your phone to your computer via USB and then go to "My Computer". It should come up as an additional device... as if it is a regular harddrive. That's where it should all go.

Find it?

I'm able to do that, but no files come up with "My Pix" and so on...and I'm not able to drag anything into it.

Poop...I'm sad...

Thumbs up

I was having the same problem.. You need to have a microsd card and a reader or a USB adapter to put onto your computer. Then you can access it just like a regular storage device. You then will be able to just drag the pictures into the my_pix file from your computer. Just save as from the photobucket account and transfer it to your computer or save it directly to your microsd card. Hope this helps.
