How does it work? Is it like the PSP where you hook the usb cord up to it and a box pops up asking what you want to do and you click on "open file containing" or something like that and you use a converter program to convert it to the phone or what?

ok what you need to do is open v-cast on your pc, then plug in your mobile device... it will read your phone in vcast and in windows media player
