Default Can't get my Glyde to sync with my pc

Can anyone help me with getting my Glyde to sync with my pc. I want to be able to transfer music and pictures between the two. I tried using the disc that came with the phone but the site it directed me to said my phone was not supported.

Default same problem..

it seems that verizon failed again on getting a phone ready for sale. There are minimal available downloads for the phone, and the V-Cast software hasn't been updated to work with it yet...

That's what I was afraid of. So far I like the phone, although the touch screen is frustrating at times. I have a thirty day return policy, may have to see if there is something better. Any suggestions?

Hi all,

It's good to find a forum of Glyde owners.

Just got mine yerterday. I dig this phone. It's a keeper for me. Starting out at $199 during their current Hot Deals promo, and with my "new every two" discount of $100 plus the $50 rebate, this thing is going to end up costing me only $50.

I'll go in to the phone more in detail later, but if you want a great site for free ringtones and wallpapers that work with this phone, to go: Myxer - Download Ringtones and More

When you register and get to part where you tell the site what kind of phone you have, it doesn't list the Glyde yet, but I selected the Samsung SCH-U900 (flipshot) and it works just fine. When a txt msg comes in with the ringtone you've chosen, just scroll down on your menu and select "Save as Ringtone" and you're all set. You can even upload your own audio and image files from your computer to the site and it will message them back to you as ringtones and wallpapers.

Very cool!

I can't seem to get my computer to sync up with the Glyde either, but my computer has a card reader built in so I transfer files that way.. Maybe you should look into buying a card reader they aren't more than $20-25.

I just wish I knew how to use mp3s as ringtones on this phone..

Wow, this site is pretty cool and I love how it gives you the option to cut the clip after you've uploaded it! Thanks, I REALLY hope this stuff is free!
