As much as I like the design and look of this phone, I'm returning it today. My 30 days are coming to an end, and I don't want to be stuck with this failure.

The list of reasons is quite long. Way to many menus to have to navigate through. The pre-loaded icon on the screens are not the ones I would have there. Why have a icon for the menu, when simply touchung the screen brings it up. For me, My Pics, would get more use. I know it's on the front, but usually I have the flip open when I want to show pics to friends. I don't use VZ Nav, have no real need for it, and it's available in the menu. No speed dial feature, call logs have to be deleted one at a time.
The touch response is a guessing game, sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. At times when I'm trying to scroll, it takes it as a tap, other times when trying to tap, it thinks I want to scroll. It has gotten me so frustrated that i want to slam it against the nearest wall.
I had seriously hoped that Verizon had worked on their music player, but alas, no. Still the same old piece of cr** that came on the first gen enV.
http://mobileroar.com/forum/images/smilies/mad.gif I have NEVER had such problems loading music to a devise in my life. Tags and album art as all screwed up. Way too much hassle.
What's up with the fact that you can't down load ringtones directly to the phones, but have to go to the website. Come on Verizon, get your act together. This phone could have been serious competition to Apple, but Verizon failed with the follow through.
As much as I like Verizon's service, their phones are the worst phones on the market. I realize this is due in fact to Verizon's proprietary software. I wish now that I had not renewed my contract, and waited it out till January and get the phone that for me is best. Oh well, I'll have to ride this contract out for the next 2 years.
Please understand , these are my opinions, and we all have a right to our own.
