I hope someone can answer this because finding support for the Omnia versus the iphone is almost next to impossible... anyway, I have noticed from time to time, my Omnia screen will not turn on, even with it fully charged and nothing running in the background, I find this happening at least once or twice a week. The only way to fix it is by getting a pen and resetting the device. I have version PDA i900DXHG3/DXHG3... so is this the latest version of the firmware? I need the English version if I was to upgrade the firmware and I use AT&T as my service (because I had the iphone). If there is a an upgrade, could someone point me to the right location to get the update? Also, does the update go smoothly and would it fix my problem? Should I do a backup of my device first before upgrading? I appreciate any help!
