My phone goes to sleep and it is near impossible to wake it up again. I need to press the button at least 20 times. Sometimes I have to remove the battery and place it back again to wake it up. Anybody know why?

Is it every time, or just occasionally.

I have found if I let it sleep while it is connected to a Wifi source it is near impossible to wake it up again. I tend to get a pin and hit the reset button on the top.

Very annoying. Would be good to find out if others have the same problem, and if they can pinpoint when it occurs.

i had the i780 it was the same.....

It's obviously a bug. The point is to work out if something in particular causes it, or if it just random.

If it seems a lot of the phones do it and it is possible to agree that it happens in certain situations, it would be easier to fix.

I have finally given up and handed it back to the shop.

I think it is to do with the wifi, I have had mine do this. Normally the screen wont come one but the phone is still working (can hear beeping if a key is pressed) then it will crash. Only bug I have found so far and I have been using it a lot. Hope a fix comes out soon

People seem to give up on this phone far too quickly. I love it, it does everything I want. Works great as a phone for messaging and calls, it handles media great. I have my hotmail email set up on it and messenger.
Set up the RSS feeds and podcasts which I use daily.
Plus it has flash in built which i program for.

I believe you need to have a good grasp on how to use a OS like windows and understand that the phone is in fact a computer/pda.
