Mobile Internet Connections Not Working
Hi,
I have had my Omnia for about 3 days now and there seems to be a rather strange problem with it. The internet connections have all stopped and this does not matter what SIM card or network I try in the phone. I am on Orange UK and when I put the SIM into the phone it seems to download the settings for me. However, no outgoing connection works, infact - the phone does not even try and connect to the internet for browsing, if I try and sent or recieve a MMS message the phone tells me that there is a problem with the Data Connection.
I have tried calling the operator and they confirm that the services are active on my account and they do indeed work if I put the sim in another phone. What is going on?
It seems that there is no way to manually create both a MMS profile and a internet connection profile or to edit the settings the phone has given me.
Is there anyone out with this same problem or know of any help? I have tried doing a master reset, a soft reset and a hard reset but it still does the same.
Help me please?
