Default Samsung i900 Omnia Performance

Hi All ,

I'm interested in finding out more info about the performance of Samsung i900 Omnia. What I mean is that I'd like to know if there are any kinds of general application execution speed problems (applications that are running slow). If so please point out what software application generated this problems. Also I'm very curios what is the average battery life time.
Another thing that I'd like to know is how well Java applications behaves on this SmartPhone (Are Java applications are running fast or slow? ).

Thanks,
Adrian

Battery life is simply awful... I had the phone on charge all last night.... fixed it to my laptop this morning for 30mins to download some pics.... it is now 3.37pm and I have not made a call on it and the battery is on it's last bar. Do not get this phone. For some fawked up reason it does not charge when connected to a computer... only drain... I charge this thing every night and on the way to work I listen to music (at aN ENFORCED LOW VOLUME. don't blame the sound quality or recording... it is perfectly loud on my Sony W880i) this I lesten to for 30 mins. I might have 2 calls and a few texts during the day, and on the way home the battery is on it's last legs. I already took it back to the shop and they apparently gave me a new battery. You can not listen to your headphones when it is charging either. It freezes for no reason and one must take the battery out to solve this. Texting is a nightmare. Calling is a nightmare. It is the biggest con since the 1980's when we were told that CDs would be indestructable and would not jump or stick like a vynal record. We have been fooled yet again. STAY AWAY!
