Has anyone had any trouble with the USB port becoming loose? My Omnia seems to have developed this problem I noticed it when I put it on the charger and realized it wasn't charging because the plug was loose.

I have not experienced that problem.

i have had a bad usb cable , not actual port on phone

Haven't had this problem either. The USB port is nice and tight. Are you positive it's not the cable? If the phone is still under warranty you should call Samsung about it.
