Default According to Wikipedia...

This is what Wikipedia has to say about the Samsung Omnia as of today, August 27th...so take it for what it's worth...

The Samsung i900, also known as the Omnia, is a new mobile phone being released by Samsung Mobile. Announced in June 2008, the Omnia was launched in Singapore in mid-June, available in stores on 20th, and the rest of Asia in July. It will be launched in Europe in October.

Based on the Windows Mobile operating system, this phone is Samsung's attempt to cash in on the new touch screen mobile phone market, where phones like the iPhone and HTC Touch Diamond have already made a strong presence. The phone is expected to retail in the U.K. market for around £500 on its release.

Default but in the US?

Alas, I'm still waiting to hear from AT&T regarding when the Omnia is gonna show up for sale in the US. I know you can get it online but what I'm wondering is when AT&T is actually going to offer it with a contract....

I've called customer service and they don't seem to have any clue what the Omnia even is at this point...

I have been an Orange customer for a long time now so i was on the top band for upgrading my phone. Went to the shop and they still wanted me to pay £120 and would let me update my contract as i was paying far too much. Went and seen my friend in Phones 4 U and got the hand set free and my contract change.
So I am happy a free omnia it's been working great so far. Spent a fair bit of time settign it up the way i want it though.

Is the haptic feedback meant to happen everytime you touch the screen because mine only seems to work on the samsung apps
