Yea, it is only available at Wal-Marts that have a connection center. A connection center is a place within the electronics department where you will see phones on sale from T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and AT&T. This can vary depending on which carriers are available in the area. Very few Wal-Marts have a connection center. The connection center looks almost like a Kiosk you would find in a mall. It has an associate from Wal-Mart that mans the post at all times (when open) and they can honor most offers available from the carriers and even sometimes have the devices at lower prices. If you purchase the phone from a Wal-Mart, the warranty may become invalid for the phone, as determined by the carrier.

Remember, very few Wal-Marts have a connection center...does yours? Most of the time, it is only found in large, new, Wal-Mart supercenters...check to see if your Wal-Mart even has a connection center. Phones, like this one and many others, will not be found hanging on any shelf.

Also, remember, that not all connection centers will even have this phone...or every phone available for that matter. They vary by store, states, and even the phone's expected popularity in the area...obviously, the bigger the city, the better chance you have...it isn't available in my connection center either.
