New Chief Technology Officer
Looks like AT&T just appointed John Donovan as CTO.
According to CNN, "Donovan previously was executive vice president of product, sales, marketing and operations at Verisign Inc., a diverse technology company that provides Internet infrastructure services."
That's a lot of hats to wear and all of them on the Internet Infrastructure side. Hmmm... seems like AT&T understands this whole mobile convergence thing.
I'm admittedly not very familiar with Donovan's background, but based on the short and sweet above, I like the the selection.
