Like you all should know I have a Verizon Wireless line.
I am currently an employee with them (not for much longer)...but I need to get another phone...I just am getting tired of my Voyager, it's old news.
I was debating on the Blackberry Storm, but I'm not so confident in that choice...for 1: Pricing will be more expensive...for 2: it is a blackberry device so I probably won't use much of the features. I am businessy...but I use my laptop, not my cell phone for these affairs.
I am considering the above phones. You can click the special text (the phone names) to view the phone with all the specs. What I want you to think about is: 1) How does it look, does it have a great design? 2) Features available, 3) any personal experience/friends' experiences with it?
Also, give me any other suggestions. I know the pros and cons, just having trouble deciding.
You may need to enter your zipcode before you can view the phone.
I actually just now entered my order for my Krave...so it is late now, but I will have both Krave and Voyager, so I can switch willingly between the two by dialing *228 option 3.

so they got the bugs worked out in opt 3?

I've actually come upon the same dilema you did a few weeks ago Nick. I also have targeted the Krave, but I haven't ordered one yet. How do you personally like it? I'd like to hear a few more posative opinions on it before I commit.. Thanks
Well, remember you do have 30 days. The best place to fall in love with a phone is in the Verizon Wireless DIRECT store where you can play with them...
I personally like and hate the Krave...
Pros:
Very VERY responsive touch screen
iPhone like touch/feel
Tactile feedback
Mobile TV enabled
Virtual QWERTY keyboard
Accelerometer
Crystal Talk technology from Motorola
Cons:
Switching from a phone with buttons to one that is 100% touch is a bit difficult
Touch screen on Voyager had more features
Little plastic cover thing gets in the way when typing and is annoying when you hear a squeaking noise when talking on it
It is a great phone, but always keep your other phone at your fingertips, especially with the new *228 option 3 feature!

Thanks for your personal pro/con's. I planned on going into a store still but they were all closed today. I've been used to Nextel's for the past few years after I switched to them from Verizon but not having service up in the sierra's is a real problem (I'm from your are, Roseville). The only thing that had me slightly worried about the phone was reading some other reviews where they felt the touchscreen was a bit sluggish but it doesn't sound like that's the case... Thanks again
